Eagan Minnesota Emergency Exercise

27 October 2007 Members of the Eagan Fire Department attempt to extiguish a van on fire in an abandon parking lot during an Eagan Minnesota Emergency Exercise involving seventeen different government agencies including local fire departments, law enforcement, ambulances, Transportation Security Administration, Federal Bureau of Investigation, Homeland Defense, and the Minnesota Air National Guard.
