Norfolk Firefighters Train With Sailors

NORFOLK (April 19, 2013) Firefighters from the Norfolk Fire Department participate in joint firefighting exercises with Sailors aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Cole (DDG 67). Commander, Navy Regional Maintenance Center partnered with several organizations to practice firefighting and coordinated command and control. Cole is undergoing a maintenance availability at Marine Hydraulics International (MHI) shipyard in Norfolk, Va.
