Norfolk Firefighters Train With Sailors

NORFOLK (April 19, 2013) Firefighters from the Norfolk Fire Department participate in joint firefighting exercises with Sailors aboard the guided-missile destroyer USS Cole (DDG 67). Commander, Navy Regional Maintenance Center partnered with several organizations to practice firefighting and coordinated command and control. Via Flickr: We had parked on the 5Th floor of the parking lot and had to take the stairs down because the elevator was not working. On the way down the stairs we were passed by fireman comingup. Turns out that the elevator was stuck and people were stuck in it.
