Blackhawk Helicopter Douglas Complex Fires Oregon


A Blackhawk helicopter from the Charlie Company, 7-158 Aviation, Oregon Army National Guard, takes off with a Bambi Bucket near Glendale, Ore., Aug. 2, in support of fire suppression efforts for the Douglas Complex fires. Five Oregon Army National Guard aircraft are assisting the Oregon Department of Forestry with fire suppression in southern Oregon including three HH-60M Blackhawk helicopters, one CH-47 Chinook helicopter, and one UH-72 Lakota.
